It all began with a wild idea (two, actually).
We got our start by leaving comfortable jobs to launch an agency during a recession. With experience as agency clients, we believed that we could do it better.
From the beginning we built Tactic around two ideas:
1. To deliver exceptional creative.
2. To build a business-minded firm (and not a clunky agency).
At first, we wondered what we were. An advertising agency? A design studio? A marketing company?
Four years later, we are a branding shop with a penchant for business outcomes. Our approach of using design to solve business problems has paid off; we’ve maintained a 98% client retention rate.
Today, we work alongside established companies that view their brand as more than a name and logo.
